This privacy agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you and ISC Webdesign & Consulting, owner Gerwin Beran, A-1010-Vienna, Stadiongasse 5/15 („hungaroo“). It sets forth the terms and conditions for the processing and use of the information that you have disclosed or that was collected from you while using hungaroo.com (“Website“).

1. Use of the Website

When you access the website hungaroo.com (“Website“), cookies are used for collecting general information about you and your usage of the search engine (e.g. country derived from IP address, search queries, number of clicks on search results) for statistical purposes. hungaroo only uses this information to compile general statistics in order to be able to better adapt the Website to the needs of the users. These cookies are not used to collect or process personal information about users. Neither can such information be extracted from the statistics. hungaroo is entitled to use these anonymous statistics for its own purposes and to hand them on to third parties.

hungaroo also uses temporary cookies to make the navigation of the Website more comfortable for you. These cookies allow us to adapt the language settings and the user settings for sorting the links to your needs. These cookies are only valid while you stay on the Website; when you leave, they will be deleted automatically.

2. General Declaration of Consent

You agree that the personal information supplied by you and collected by us (full name, postal address, email address, IP address) may be collected, processed, saved and used by hungaroo or third parties of hungaroo for purposes of market research or marketing, as well as, if required, for law enforcement. Your personal information is used by hungaroo to meet legal requirements and for advertising purposes. hungaroo will not disclose personal information it collects from and about you to third parties unless it is required by official authorities or law enforcement, or a request for disclosure of information is put forward by a third party on the grounds of alleged infringements of rights, and for other reasons put forward by a third party which legally compel hungaroo to do so. Furthermore, you herein expressly agree to receive advertising material by hungaroo also via email. You can revoke these agreements at any time by sending an email to newsletter@hungaroo.com. hungaroo provides, if requested by the user, any information related to the processing of personal information.

When the purpose of the use is fulfilled or if the agreement to process personal information is revoked, hungaroo will delete all personal information immediately.

3. Additional Provisions

By posting a comment on the Website you agree that your name is published together with the posting. Your email address will not be published on the Website.

If you apply as an editor and are accepted, you agree that your name is published on the Website together with the subsection of the Website you administer, as well as to the implementation of a possibility for third parties to contact you at the email address you have provided. Your email address itself will not be published on the Website.
